                  Donations Are Easy As - A, B, C...

Adopt-A-House
  • Repair and Maintenance for MHK’s program-based housing is needed.
  • MHK has 26 homes statewide that welcome attention.
  • Please download MHK’s brochure for a MHK housing program near you.
  • MHK will provide you or your organization with details how you can help to Adopt-A-House.
Benefit Scholarships
  • Many homeless adults with mental illness have no health care plan.
  • It can take up to 90 days to gain access to the health care system.
  • MHK can begin providing psychiatry services immediately with bridge scholarships until they get health care coverage.
  • Your financial donations can help a person stabilize their health.

Clean Start
  • Most homeless adults with mental illness need basic household supplies when moving into stable housing.
  • MHK accepts “gently used” donations of kitchen items; bed linens; clothing; and bathroom supplies.
