Mental Health Kokua has 23 transitional housing locations where people we serve reside to gain the skills to move on to permanent, independent living. Mental Health Kokua has housing locations on Oahu, Kauai, Maui, Hilo and Kona. YOUR GIFT: Household items Clothing Labor Cash gifts 2. Homeless to Housing Mental Health Kokua has homeless programs on Oahu and Maui. One challenge is to move people from sheltered care to independent living.
